Volám sa Sára Stašková, mám 25 rokov a momentálne som študentkou posledného ročníka magisterského stupňa odboru Sport and Exercise Psychology na Univerzite v Lipsku. Okrem iného som bývalá reprezentantka a majsterka Slovenska v bedmintone.
V septembri 2023 som začala svoju prax ako športová psychologička – stážistka u Petra Kuračku. Svoju pracovnú filozofiu zakladám na holistickom prístupe. Uvedomujem si, že športovci sú komplexné osobnosti tak ako my všetci a preto sa v mojej praxi nesústredím výhradne len na športové aspekty, ale takisto na emočné, sociálne a iné faktory. Mojím cieľom je predovšetkým duševná pohoda a zdravie každého jedného športovca, s ktorým spolupracujem.
V mojej doterajšej praxi som mala možnosť rozvíjať svoje prezentačné schopnosti formou webinárov, kreatívne schopnosti tvorbou infografík či infopríspevkov na rôzne témy z oblasti športovej psychológie a v neposlednom rade pracovať so športovcami 1 na 1 na rozvoji ich mentálnych zručností.
